Returns &
Refunds
Refunds will be
provided if the product is returned within thirty (30) days of receipt,
in their original condition.
If payment is made by check or money order, you will be
issued a refund within seven (7) business days. If
payment was made to a credit card account your account will
be credited by the amount charged less shipping charges.

shipping your return. Incomplete or unauthorized returns
are subject to refusal or a 15% restocking fee.

Delivery Methods
& Timing
Normally, upon receipt of a properly completed order, your
product is shipped within 72 hours, excluding weekends and
holidays. If a delay in shipping occurs
you will be notified by mail, e-mail, and/or telephone and
given a revised shipping date. If a delay occurs,
you may elect to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
